Whether Sweet or semi-hot, good musicianship.Top jazzmen included Red Nichols, Tommy and Jimmy Dorsey, Arthur Schutt, Frank Signorelli, Miff Mole, Manny Klein, Jack Teagarden, Benny Goodman, Jimmy McPartland, Joe Venuti. Eddie Lang often featured. Early Bing Crosby vocals on several Lanin records.
